The happy day has come when Dustin and I can now say we are official homeowners!! We've worked hard to save those pennies but we realize how blessed we have been over the past year to be able to get to this point. The Lord is faithful! However, the work is far from over my friends. We have decided to venture into a world unknown to us...well..me. A world of dust, dirt, smells and just plain ugliness! Yep, we bought a fixer upper! An 1880's farm house to be exact. As scary as some of it looks, it's got character and we are very excited to give it some TLC to bring it to it's full potential! This will be a great time of stretching and molding of our minds, attitudes, and relationship.. and we are up for the challenge!
Pray for us.. :)

for the next few years.

home... (it's only healthy) we are sooo thankful for it!
And with Dustin's expertise and provision of this project I know the house will look
so beautiful when we are finished.
Que seais muy felicies.

wow, thats a really pretty yard. great rooms, too. you two are going to make it beautiful. can't wait to see it in person.
where are the shops you were talking about? near your new house? Epi's doing fine!
No doubt you two will redeem this old house into a home filled with laughter and love, and God's presence! "Except the Lord build the house, he labors in vain who builds it." Psalm 127:1 The Lord is your helper through plaster dust and paint, and boilers and windows...and He will make you glad! Have fun and we're here to help! love mama
I am so excited to see what the two of you do with this house. I see potential, because I enjoy the "before and after" shows on television, and I know how artistic and talented the two of you are. Please keep us updated.
Janelle I just finished catching myself up on what you guys have been up to. Congrats on the house. May God richly bless you with the creativity, strength, and finacial support you will need to transform your house into your home. Love, Ashley
